Re: Driving School

Is this what you have in mind: https://gorally.com/high-performance-dr ... tion-hpde/

If not, maybe a better idea of what you want might help.

Re: Cobra is back in the garage after paint

Here are a few photos of the car as it exists today; still lots of work to do... Front: DriverFrontweb.jpg PassFrontweb.jpg Rear: DriverRearweb.jpg Rearweb.jpg BIG THANKS to Mike, Tony and Ken! Each of them came by (voluntarily I think) on a different day and helped with different installations. Mik...

Lakeland Show and Reptile Roundup

Attached is an e-mail (converted to a PDF for your reading pleasure!) from the Deep South Cobra Club (DSCC) about the Lakeland Auto Show and the Reptile Roundup. I'm trying to get lined up to go to the Roundup; see you there if you can make it! Tom Lakeland Auto Show and Reptile Roundup Reminder.pdf

Cobra is back in the garage after paint

Sadly, I paid for a Beverly Hills paint job, but got a K-Mart quality product. After Paul took it back and had someone knock off most of the orange peel, it still has more flaws than I can count. I think the most disturbing aspect of the whole job is very poor attention to detail coupled with seemin...

Re: Daytona Track Day

Sounds like what I would have done - plaster the garage with pictures ..] I started another thread here: http://www.firstcoastcobraclub.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=222 David says the August meeting isn't being held due to vacations, but the September meeting is on. Maybe I'll have the car ready to go by...

Re: Daytona Track Day

Ken,

Good stuff!

If it was me, I'd go for one at the start/finish line, and one under the Rolex clock.

Tom

PS: I'm supposed to get my Cobra back - all beautiful - Wednesday. :ympray:

Re: Accusump review

Ken, All good points. Don't leave the staging area without one! At some track day events in the dim past, say more than 5 years ago, I've seen modern V8s blow. I wondered if their oil pressure suffered a similar fate, but no way to know for certain. If I was going to track a new -ish car, I still th...

Ken,

Looks like fun was had ..]

Sorry I didn't make it - I will do what I can to be there next time.

When Kay looked at the video she asked if it was practical to put the camera on your roll bar?
