Ken,

Very surprised and sorry to hear that! All I can say is heal as fast as you can.

If there's anything I can help with, let me know.

Ken,

On second thought, you could convert it to an automatic so you can drive it one-footed O}

TP,

I probably need to start another thread for this. The SCCA is planning two track days (aka PDX) for April 8-9, 2017, and another possible one on May 5, 2017.

I'm hoping to go to one or more, but haven't signed up yet; still trying to figure out my own schedule. Last time I looked, there were 77 drivers signed up for the April sessions.

Ken,

We're back in Florida - how's your ankle? Better, I hope.

Thanks for checking in Tom. Yes the ankle is better. Im in a walking plastic cast with cane. Loud peddle is still out of service. lol.
I should start therapy next week.
Doc said all went well. I have 2 sets of 2 screws and a plate. Looks like something I fabed up for the cobra....
I will guess there is no getting thru the airport without setting off alarms now.

Hi Tom, thanks for asking.
Rehab is going well starting my 2nd week. I am dong some walking with a cane and an ankle brace so the walker has been retired.
I see the doctor on the 1st. I think he will release me to be able to walk with out my "starwars" boot. That should allow me to drive some.

It has been a surprise how well and relatively painless that has been all and all considered. Modern medicine is a good thing.
