No video today. Just an update.
The engine is running in the car (woohoo) and I am able to shift the gears while running.

Won’t be long now. (I see at least a 2 day clean and polish in my future).

Sounds possible. I need to put a few miles on close to home first. But I know the guy who built it and he’s pretty good. Lol

The car looks great moving under its own power Ken!

How does the new motor run, is it making more power now?

Btw, when you returned to the garage in the vid, I know you were giving thumbs up, but it looked like you’re giving your viewers the finger…😎

Motor feels good. New transmission and clutch are working well. I will need to get used to the different feel in shifting the gears.
I still have to get the speedo pickup to talk to the speedometer and I have to get another shifter boot. The old one is jamming in 1,3,5 gear locations. Ok when it’s not installed.

Now just need to do a massive clean up and wheel polish and put some miles on it.
