Just about done with it, just need to finish up the roof shingles, glue on the dormers, and install the flag.

Fini…all done! Should hold up far better weatherwise than the first one due to judicious use of Hardie board and whatever the stuff is that I got from my brother. Weighs quite a bit more (23 lbs) than the first one and about 1/3 smaller.
