How to fill a Toyota van

This is one of the Toyota vans we rode in during our stay in Kenya.
Of note is the ramp placed beneath the left front tire. This tilts the van so that another 2.5 liters of fuel could be squeezed into its tank. Since we were going offroad, running out of fuel is not a good thing...
Every filling station we pulled into seemed to have a ramp handy for this purpose.
