Just got this from the DSCC:

Fords Garage
879 Lakeland Park Center Drive
Lakeland Florida 33809
Phone 863-337-3673

Thanks to Mike Cheek for getting this opportunity to get together for a day drive and meet.

Arrive between 9:30 and 10:00 AM for social hour in the parking lot. Plenty of spaces for plenty of cars.

Restrooms should be available for those in need of a pit stop.

We need RSVP by Thursday Feb 29th 2024.

Please email Mike at: mcheek1050@gmail.com
Or send a text to: 863-698-8539

In your message please include your name and the number of people attending.

You can also register here on the website and I we add you to the list.
If you want to go to the web site, it's here: https://www.dscc.us/

Anyone who's interested, please put a note here too.

If the weather's OK, I may go. If there are others we could caravan. It's about a three hour drive from Saint Augustine.

Anyone else?

Looking at weather for Saturday AM and midday for St Augustine (40%-50% rain chance) and Lakeland (10%-20% rain chance). Not looking like a Cobra day unless we want to put tops on...

Yep, that’s what I saw also. Not like we don’t still get wet with the tops up. I’m not even sure I remember how to put it up, it’s been that long…

Weather not looking good for tomorrow Tom, at least starting out here in St Aug. Lakeland weather is only calling for a cloudy day.

Of greater importance, I took the cover off the cobra to start it up and move it onto the driveway, and to air up to the tires, but found my left front tire flat. I aired it up, but I don’t see any nails or screws, so not sure where it’s leaking. If I get time today, I’ll remove it and dunk it in a tub of water…

Mike,

Sadly it looks like 20-40% most of the time here or there. Ugh.
