Yep, looks like you have good "bones" to work with.
The only advise I would give is to work with one or two sections of the project at a time and finish that section..It help to mentally keep from being overwhelmed. When you stand back after a while and look at it you tend to only see the finished ...

Tnx Tom....The top cover was amazon, and it is a really nice cover. Can't tell it from OEM.
The seat foam came from LMC trucks...it also is OEM quality.

Nothing comes to mind. I think you got it covered. I would think any issues should show up fairly quickly in a few heat cycles.
