Fuel injection upgrade

Post by mooreken »

This is the sump I’ll be using to supply the 60lb. of fuel pressure without replumbing my fuel system.
More photos to come.

Day 4.
Tom. The tool works great on the high dollar fittings. However the Summit house brand nut is a fat 1/16” longer than the name brand. That is why I couldn’t use the tool on most of my hose ends. (As I’m a little cheap when buying stuff). 😂

I've been doing some work on the Sniper conversion. Here is a couple of pictures of my progress.
I have the fuel system all finished other than flushing out the lines after hooking up the fuel pump.
Off camera I have also run the 2 main power leads back to the battery in the trunk. (they must be connected directly to the battery)
I'm going to leave all the cabling untrimmed (and taped not drilled and mounted) until after I have it running for a while to make sure I don't have any RFI issues.

Coil and spark box are the next to find a home. I have a spot on the passenger foot box but I'm not quite committed to that spot yet.
