It’s been a while that I posted an update on the Triumph.
My brother and I have been working on it but the slow and careful process of final assembly doesn’t make good video.
However we have made progress. Today we threw in a seat and finalized the systems to do the first around the block test drive. :dance:

I thought I had posted this but i did not.
Here is a really short video of the completed convertible top install....
Next session we should finish up carpet and seats to finish the reconstruction. Only a final buff and polish and a few miles to debug things... (one of the ft calipers has sprung a leak)
